Abstract:
In order to explore the relationship of fear of negative evaluation,appearance anxiety and restrained eating among college students, 826 students from university X were taken as the research subjects by means of a questionnaire consisting of BFNES-S,SAAS,DEBQ-R. It is found that: (1)There was a significantly positive correlation between fear of negative evaluation,appearance anxiety and restrained eating of the subject group.(2)Fear of negative evaluation of the subject group can positively predict appearance anxiety and restrained eating, and apperance anxiety can positively predict restrained eating.(3) Appearance anxiety plays a partialyl intermediary role between fear of negative evaluation and restrained eating.
