    基于正交柱透镜列阵式系统的焦斑整形和仿真

    Research of focal spot shaping and simulation based on orthogonal cylindrical lens array system

    • 摘要: 通过改变透镜元形状和激光传输距离,分析正交柱透镜列阵式光学系统的聚焦光斑的效果.利用GLAD虚拟软件对正方形焦斑和长方形焦斑进行斑形和光强分布仿真分析,提出在靶面实现均匀点聚焦的技术优化改进方案.结果表明,焦斑形状与透镜元形状高度相关,变更透镜元参数能对焦斑进行整形;当传输距离为400 cm时的焦斑比传输距离为4 000 cm时的焦斑更接近理想状态,焦斑中间更平滑.通过提高靶材料的横向热传导效应、移动靶面位置和靶面离焦等方式可以实现光束匀滑,改善正交柱透镜列阵光学系统的聚焦效果.

       

      Abstract: The effect of the focusing spot of the orthogonal cylindrical lens array optical system was analyzed by changing the lens element shape and the laser transmission distance. The square focal spot and rectangular focal spot are simulated and analyzed by GLAD virtual software for spot shape and light intensity distribution. Based on this, a technical optimization and improvement scheme to achieve uniform point focusing on the target surface was proposed. The results shown that the shape of the focal spot is highly correlated with the shape of the lens element, and the focal spot can be shaped by changing the parameters of the lens element; when the transmission distance was 400cm, the focal spot is closer to the ideal state than the focal spot when the transmission distance was 4000cm, and the middle of the focal spot was closer to the ideal state. smooth. The uniform smoothing of the beam could be achieved, and the focusing effect of the orthogonal cylindrical lens array optical system could be improved by improving the lateral heat conduction effect of the target material, moving the position of the target surface, and defocusing the target surface.
