    基于网络结构熵的球员评估与团队组织方式分析

    Player evaluation and team organization analysis based on network structure entropy

    • 摘要: 篮球球员评估及球队表现侧重于技术数据分析,对传球合作的体现不足.将比赛建立为网络模型,对网络的分析可弥补这一不足.将篮球比赛构建为包含结果节点的传球网络,基于节点的局域网络定义了节点熵中心性,以新的视角对球员进行评估.以球员的效率值为参考,将该指标和几种网络中心性指标的评估结果进行对比,结果表明该指标有一定的准确性,且体现出球员传球过程中的贡献.此外,对各场比赛构建了5步长40次传球网络序列,定义了衡量团队组织方式的传球差异结构熵,创新性地在关注比赛时序性的基础上探究团队熵与团队表现的关系.结果表明团队的组织方式集中或分散对团队表现有一定的影响,过于分散会增加团队失误的可能性.

       

      Abstract: Basketball player evaluation and team performance focus more on technical data analysis while inadequate attention is given to the reflection of passing cooperation of the ball. The analysis of the network can make up for this defect by establishing the game as a network model. Firstly, the basketball games are constructed as ball-passing networks containing outcome nodes. The local area network that is based on the nodes defines the node entropy centrality, thus the players are evaluated from a new perspective. Taking the efficiency value of players as reference, the evaluation result of this index is compared with that of several network centrality indicators. The results show that this index has better accuracy to some degree, and also reflects player contribution in the passing process of ball. In addition, a 5-step, 40-pass network sequence is constructed for each match, and the differential passing structure entropy to measure the way of team organization is defined; and the relationship between team entropy and team performance was innovatively attached greater emphasis to on the basis of not just directing attention to the temporality of the match. The results show that the centralization or decentralization of team organization has certain impact on team performance. Too much decentralization will increase the possibility of team mistakes.
