Abstract:
Under the background of rural revitalization, it is of great significance to study the spatial form of traditional villages. Taking the Maihuayu Village as an example, the traditional data and network data were obtained by use of the methods of data collection, field investigation, text data analysis and spatial syntax analysis. From the aspects of high-frequency feature words, tourists' emotion analysis, semantic structure network, spatial syntax morphological variables, etc., the tourists' spatial perception, village spatial morphology and road traffic accessibility were put under examination. The results show that there is of special characteristic in the location pattern, overall layout, Huizhou-style architecture and bonsai culture in the Maihuayu village. The overall satisfaction of tourists to villages is high; However, the village has ample room for improvement in public facilities, imbalanced space attraction, and low road accessibility. Through the strategy of "refreshing-repairing-shaping-building-inheriting", emphasis must be placed on the renewal of the overall pattern, street texture, architectural style, public space and cultural core, and efforts be made to integrate bonsai culture with living environment and natural landscape, so as to enhance the vitality of village space.
