摘要: 《中国近代音乐教育史》是杜学元和杜俊伟共同编著的一部全面展现我国1840—1949 年百余年音乐教育历史的著作，史料翔实、内容丰富、结构清晰、述论结合，是一幅时间跨度长、涉及领域多、论述范围广的音乐教育历史长卷，也是大量吸收和借鉴了前人研究成果基础上形成的新研究。该书见微知著、彰显近代乐教史路，可以认为是目前中国近代音乐教育史研究中又一重要力作。

Abstract: The book History of Modern Chinese Music Education which was compiled by DU Xueyuan and DU Junwei, has revealed the history of Chinese music of over 100 years from 1840 to 1949. It has aboundant hisotorical materials and rich content, clear structure and combination between discussion and narration. The book has a long time span, vast variety of fields and discussion. It has obsorbed borrowed the fruits of predecessors. It has reflected profoundly the history of modern Chinese music education and can be seen as another important work in the research in the relevant field.
