    生产资源不同属性的最优生产模型

    The Optimal Production Model for Production Resources with Different Attributes

    • 摘要: 在零件配套生产问题中, 加工零件的生产设备这一生产资源, 具有种类、数量和可用生产时间等属性, 以不同属性为决策变量进行最优生产安排, 可使企业生产达到最优.针对这类问题, 从三个角度选取决策变量:每类设备可用生产时间的分配比例、每台设备可用生产时间的分配比例、每类生产设备的数量分配比例, 分别建立对应的最优生产模型.通过实例与LINGO软件编程计算, 获得三类最优生产方案, 对其进行分析比较发现, 三个模型在企业精细管理和生产调度方面各有侧重.

       

      Abstract:
      In the production of parts, the production resource like the production equipment used to process parts have 3 attributes:type, quantity and time available for production.Taking different attributes as the decision-making variable for optimal production arrangement can optimize the production of an enterprise.In order to solve these problems, the decision-making variables were selected from three perspectives:the allocation ratio of production time available for each type of equipment, the allocation ratio of production time available for each piece of equipment, and the allocation ratio of quantity for each type of production equipment, to construct the corresponding optimal production model respectively.Through the examples and the programmed calculation by LINGO software, three kinds of optimal production schemes are obtained, through analysis and comparison, the three models have different emphases on enterprise fine management and production scheduling.
