台湾地区大学教师评价制度研究

A Study of Evaluation System of University Teachers in Taiwan

摘要: 当前, 台湾地区绝大多数高校已经开始施行了大学教师评价制度。尽管在一定程度上取得了成效, 但也衍生了一系列的问题亟待解决。本文梳理台湾大学教师评价制度的历史沿革并对台湾大学教师评价制度的内容、特点与实施困境进行了分析。

Abstract: At present, most universities in Taiwan have adopted the evaluation system of their teachers.Though having achieved some effects, it has brought some problems to be solved urgently.Through the sorting the evolution of such evaluation system, this paper has made an analysis on the content, features and difficult implementation of the system.
