    渐进式抗阻训练延缓骨骼肌衰减的Meta分析

    Meta-analysics of the Effects of Rrogressive Resistance Training on the Lower Limbs Muscle Strength and Mobility in the Elderly

    • 摘要: 综合定量评价渐进式抗阻训练 (PRT) 对老年人下肢肌肉力量及运动功能的干预效果, 为延缓骨骼肌增龄性衰减提供研究依据.检索MEDLINE、Pubmed等数据库, 根据纳入标准和排除标准, 筛选PRT对老年人下肢肌肉力量及运动功能干预的随机对照试验研究并提取数据, 运用RevMan 5.2软件进行Meta分析.纳入36篇文献, 共计1172名研究对象.Meta分析结果显示:PRT组在增加下肢肌肉力量、提高步行速度、缩短起立-行走测试时间、缩短椅上坐起测试时间方面明显优于对照组;PRT组6分钟步行测试优于对照组, 但差异不具统计学意义.亚组分析显示, 持续12周以上的高强度训练对老年人下肢力量的增强效果更显著.运动强度在70%-80%1RM以上, 每周2-3次, 持续时间在12周以上的PRT能够显著地增强老年人的下肢肌肉力量, 改善运动功能, 是延缓骨骼肌增龄性衰减的有效手段.

       

      Abstract: To evaluate the effects of progressive resistance training on the lower limbs muscle strength and mobility of the elderly by meta-analysis.Data was taken from databases of MEDLINE, Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials, PubMed, EMbase, Web of Science.Literature was selected according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.Randomized controlled experiments were done to investigate the effect of progressive resistance training on the lower limbs muscle strength and mobility of the elderly.The relevant data was collected and analyzed by Revman5.2.36 articles involving 1172 subjects were finally included in this research.Meta-analyses revealed that the PRT group had a better performance in terms of the muscle strength of lower limbs, gait speed, timed up-and-go test and timed chair rise than the controlled group;and in six-minute walk, the PRT group did a better job yet without much statistical significance.Subgroup analysis showed that the high-intensity training of more than 12 weeks had a significant treatment effect on the enhancing of lower limb muscle strength.Conclusion:2-3 times of 70%-80%1 RMPRT each week lasting for over 12 weeks can significantly enhance the lower limbs muscle strength and mobility of the elderly, thus an effective means to retard progressive deterioration of the muscle.
