    高校“四位一体”工作室实践教学模式研究——以旅游管理专业旅行社业务为例

    A Research on the Practice Teaching Mode of “Four in One” Studios in Higher Learning Institutes:Taking Travel Agency Business for Tourism Management Majors as an Example

    • 摘要: 为深化旅游管理专业的实践教学工作, 校企合作共建基于现代学徒制的师生工作室, 进行工作室制实践教学模式的改革和创新.以旅行社业务技能和能力培养为例, 构建了“实训室与旅行社、实训项目与业务项目、高职学生与企业员工、指导教师与企业能手”的“四位一体”工作室实践教学模式.该模式实施多维度协调的运行机制, 解决了实践教学的关键性问题, 发挥了校企合作、工学结合、产教融合的协同育人优势, 提升了学生的职业技能和实践能力.并为进一步完善该模式的实施效果, 提出了发展策略建议.

       

      Abstract: In order to enhance the practice teaching of the tourism management major, teacher-student studio through school-enterprise cooperation is set up on the basis of modern apprenticeship to conduct the reform and innovation of the practice teaching mode.Taking the business skills and abilities training of travel agency as an example, the “four in one”studio practice teaching mode which involves combination of“training studios and travel agencies, practical training projects and business projects, vocational students and corporate employees, instructors, and business experts”has been constructed.The mode adopts a mufti-dimensional and coordinated operating mechanism, which solves the crucial problems in practice teaching, bringing into full play the advantages of school-enterprise cooperation, working-learning coupling, and integration of production and education so as to enhance the students’ professional skills and practical ability.For the implementation of this model, the development strategy is proposed.
