Abstract: As a new green industry rich in cultural-connotations, the Eco-culture tourism industry has become a hot direction in the tourism industry.Taking the Meishan city as a research subject, a comprehensive analysis is made of the conditions favorable for developing the city’s Eco-culture tourism industry.It is believed that Meishan has excellent advantages for its Eco-tourism industry development.Yet the lack of relevant development philosophy and planning has led to the current unsatisfactory state of development.Therefore, the status of Eco-tourism and Cultural tourism must be further heightened and the two be integrated to construct the tourist attraction which center on casual Eco-culture tourism holiday-making with a comprehensive mode of development combined with Eco tourism and culture tourism.Base on such a development philosophy, concrete measures are put forth to prompt the tourism industry and provide referential suggestions for other tourist destinations intending to develop their Eco-culture tourism.
