    萨提亚模式团体辅导对大学生友谊质量的干预

    Effect of Satya-Model-Based Group Counseling on Intervention of the Friendship Quality of College Students

    • 摘要: 为探讨萨提亚模式团体辅导对提升大学生友谊质量水平的效果而展开研究.前期通过问卷调查筛选出友谊质量水平较低的大学生, 选取自愿参与研究的32名大学生作为被试, 随机分为实验组和对照组, 每组各16人, 仅实验组接受为期8周, 每周一次的萨提亚团体辅导干预.结果发现:干预后, 在友谊质量的伙伴关系这一维度上实验组显著高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义 (P<0.001) ;实验组实验后友谊质量水平的各个维度均显著高于实验前 (P<0.05) , 差异有统计学意义;而对照组的大学生友谊质量水平在实验前后差异没有统计学意义 (P>0.05) .结论:萨提亚模式的团体辅导对大学生友谊质量水平的提升有显著的效果, 萨提亚模式的团体辅导可作为提升友谊质量水平的有效方式.

       

      Abstract: To find out about the effect of Satya-Model-based group counseling on promoting the friendship quality of College Students, at the early stage of the study, 32 College Students with lower friendship quality were screened out by questionnaire survey.32 College Students who volunteered to participate in the study were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 16 students in each group, and with the experimental group being subjected to a weekly Satya group counselling intervention for 8 weeks.It is found that after the intervention, the experimental group was doing significantly better in the dimension of friendship-quality partnership than the control group (P<0.001) , and the difference was statistically significant.Each dimension of friendship quality in the experimental group were significantly higher than it was before the experiment (P <0.05) , and the difference was statistically significant;while in the control group, there was no significant difference in the level of friendship among college students before and after the experiment (P>0.05) .Conclusion:The Satya model group counseling has a significant effect on the improvement of college students’ friendship quality.The Satya model group counseling can be used as an effective way to improve the quality of college students’ friendship.
