Abstract: Nietzsche is a thinker full of contradictions and controversies, and has been considered as a“madman”.He mercilessly knocked the traditional Western value system and shattered the Christian“immoral”values.Thereout, he founded his philosophy of new value with life as the basis, power and will as the core and “superman”as the goal, which has exerted great influence not only on the Western postmodern thinkers, but on a lot of Chinese people with lofty ideals.This has offered the solid ideological foundation for the national rejuvenation and construction of new China.In new times, it is still inspiring to reread Nietzsche’s works and give some thinking to the life’s meaning.His theories have reshaped the values for the modern Chinese youths and made them in his value philosophy search for the motive power for their revolutionary, reformational and creative causes.This has not only helped to shape their new mental outlook, but helped to start the great rejuvenation of new China.
