Abstract: We can find the contemporary background for realization of the“Chinese Dream”. Politically, the domestic
politics is clear and bright, and the system of democratic politics is increasingly perfected. In addition, the fight against corrup- tion is persistent and the Western democracy has aroused the people’s universal disgust and the profound reflection in the aca- demic circle. Economically, China has made great achievements in reform of economic system and GDP has stably increased. Further, the people’s life has been greatly improved and our country has smoothly crossed the“middle-income trap”. Cultural- ly, the excellent gene of Chinese culture is guiding the modernity of the world culture and thought. And in the globalization with multi-culture collision, it is playing its dominate role.
