    新工科背景下产业集群与专业群协同路径

    On the Synergistic Path of Industrial Clusters and Professional Groups in the Context of Emerging Engineering Education

    • 摘要: 新工科出现对工程技术教育领域人才结构多样化提出了挑战,地方本科院校应以产业链和产业集群为导向,协同校、政、行业、企业,打破学科壁垒和资源壁垒,创新专业群建设路径.在分析了产业集群与专业群建设和新工科专业群的协同关系基础上,提出了创新产业集群协同与新工科专业群建设路径:坚持高校协同的主体地位,主动协调多利益主体关系,走校政、校企、产教等多协同创新共建专业群之路.

       

      Abstract: The emergence of the emerging engineering education poses diversified challenges to the diversification of tal-
      ent structure in the field of engineering technology education. Local undergraduate universities should join hands with the gov- ernments, industries and enterprises, with the industrial chains and industrial clusters as their guide, to break the disciplinary barriers and resources barriers, thus to innovate professional group construction paths. After a discussion of the synergistic effect between the industrial clusters, specialty groups and the emerging engineering education specialty groups, the construc- tion path of the emerging engineering education specialty groups and the innovation of industrial clusters synergy are put forth: to stick to the player’s role of the university in the coordination, and take initiative in the coordination between the various stakeholders, and take the path of coordinated, innovative construction of specialty groups through cooperation between univer- sity and government, university and enterprise, industry and education.
