Abstract:
The emergence of the emerging engineering education poses diversified challenges to the diversification of tal-
ent structure in the field of engineering technology education. Local undergraduate universities should join hands with the gov- ernments, industries and enterprises, with the industrial chains and industrial clusters as their guide, to break the disciplinary barriers and resources barriers, thus to innovate professional group construction paths. After a discussion of the synergistic effect between the industrial clusters, specialty groups and the emerging engineering education specialty groups, the construc- tion path of the emerging engineering education specialty groups and the innovation of industrial clusters synergy are put forth: to stick to the player’s role of the university in the coordination, and take initiative in the coordination between the various stakeholders, and take the path of coordinated, innovative construction of specialty groups through cooperation between univer- sity and government, university and enterprise, industry and education.
