Abstract:
As a significant part of tourist attraction, tourist group catering plays an important role in tourism marketing,
and thus is of great significance for the benign development of the tourist destinations. A status quo survey of the catering in- dustry for tourist groups is conducted and the problems are spotted and analyzed and specific measures for promoting the cate- ring quality are suggested, which include: differentiated design on the part of travel agencies, the transforming of serving ideol- ogy on the part of catering service providers, the stepping up of legal supervision and law-making on the part of tourism gover- ning authorities and the transforming of consuming behaviors on the part of tourists.
