    1-苯基-3- (β-吡啶基) -5- (α-呋喃基)吡唑啉的合成

    Synthesis of 1-phenyl-3- (β- pyridyl) -5- (α- furanyl) pyrazoline

    • 摘要: 设计并合成了一种吡唑啉的衍生物,即 1-苯基-3- (β-吡啶基)-5-(α-呋喃基)吡唑啉.通过红外光谱、气相色谱和质谱推测目标化合物分子结构与预期相符. 测定了 目标化合物在乙醇溶液中的荧光激发光谱和发射光谱,发现其最大激发波长为378. 4 nm,最大发射波长为488. 4 nm.

       

      Abstract: A derivative of the pyrazoline, which was1-phenyl-3-(beta pyridyl)-5-(alpha furan) pyrazolin, was designed
      and synthesized. The molecular structure of the target compound was speculated by IR, GC and MS and is up to our expecta- tion. The fluorescence excitation and emission spectra of target compound in ethanol were measured, and it was found that the maximum excitation wavelength was378. 4nm and the maximum emission wavelength was488. 4 nm.
