Abstract: In view of the inconvenience of second-hand books exchange in the colleges and the ensuing waste of book resources, by use of the Struts and AJAX technology, a detailed design of second-hand book exchange platform and its imple- mentation is explored from aspects like the system development mode and technology, design strategy, the developing mode a- dopted and its features, system function module design, system chief functions design and implementation so as to offer con- venient integrated services for second-hand books exchange school wide.
