Abstract: The college students’ frustration tolerance capacity questionnaire, self-esteem scale, and interpersonal relationship questionnaire were adopted as experimental materials so as to investigate180 college students(randomly selected) to explore the relationship of college students’ frustration tolerance, self-esteem and interpersonal communication. It is found that in term of the demographic variables, the frustration tolerance of college students is significantly different between genders and also different grades(P<0. 05). The Post Hoc Multiple Comparisions shows that there exists a significan difference between freshmen and sophomores in terms of their frustration tolerance(P<0. 01). as for the self-esteem and interpersonal relation- ship, college students’ frustration tolerance capacity is significantly correlated with each other(P<0. 05), yet no significant correlation is found inbetween their frustration tolerance capacity and their self-esteem(P<0. 05).
