Abstract: The master piece of Leslie Mamon Silko is rich in images of the traditional Indian culture and tribal folk stories. The introduction of Frank’s reflexive reading strategy can help to interpret the classical cultural images“stars” and “hoops”, and stories inserted, reveal the function of cultural interpretation of profound topics, and better show the projective function of folk stories over the protagonist Tayo. In this sense, it helps to improve our reading efficiency.
