Abstract: Based on the analysis of the opportunity faced with Yibin, the necessity and feasibility for developing CHSRlogistics are discussed in depth, and it is found that the structural conflict between logistic need and supply has posed a restraint on the healthy development of its social economy. The supply-side structural reform has presented Yibin with a golden oppor- tunity, and in context of which the overall scheme of thinking for the development of CHSR logistics in Yibin is put forth and accordingly, the overall goal, the implementation steps and the developing strategy are made as follows: multi-party coopera- tion, the establishment of high speed train logistic company, the making of high speed train logistics plan,the building of a lo- gistics park, the further perfection of Yibin’s logistic system, are all necessary for improving the logistics supply structure in Yibin and thus to contributing to the healthy development of its social economy.
