Abstract: As a new type of trade, the mid-long-term trade of the bulk commodity is facing with some problems, such as inadequate legal basis, ambiguous legal subjects and trade participants, and the lack of trade safety. We can solve the disputes of such trade with some judicial principles, such as those of validity of executed trade, contract law as the basis, the trade market as the subject of litigation, and the risk control.
