    • 摘要: 本文以1716印涂铝套为例,将商用有限元软件DYNAFORM的数值模拟功能与1716印涂铝套冲压成形的实际生产工艺紧密结合起来,对印涂铝套的冲压拉深成形过程进行数值模拟,分析印涂铝套在冲压拉深成形过程中的厚度变化情况,预测成形缺陷,为探索印涂铝盖冲压拉深过程中坯料表面积的变化规律提供必要的技术基础.

       

      Abstract: 1716 printed aluminum covers are takes as the research subjects and the numerical simulation function of the commercial finite element softwareDYNAFORM is applied to the manufacturing technique of printed aluminum through stamping and stretching method. By way of numerical simulation, the thickness change of the cover is analyzed to predict the flaws in producing the covers so as to find out about the changing law of aluminum cover manufacturing process and thus provide some technical experience in this regard.
