Abstract: In terms of vocational education, Neijiang City has made a lot of exploration of earlier stage in building educational “overpass”, which includes attempt to make interflow between the secondary education and the general one, between higher vocational education and the undergraduate one, and between the higher vocational education and enterprises. However, there are still a lot of issues to be solved, such as the “traffic chaos” of the “overpass”, lack of driving force of the “overpass”, unsmooth overflow among vocational education in Neijiang region, and the “overpass” yet to be built. Accordingly, as for the construction of such “overpass”, Neijiang Municipal Government should make good coordination macroscopically, the management departments in charge of education should play their role of guidance, and schools of vocational education should give their impetus microcosmically.
