Abstract: The new mutant forms of corruption, such as that of short-term cadres, interest groups, gamble in officialdom, power broker and option one have seriously eroded the credibility of local governments. They are the biggest loss of credibility of officials as well as the local governments. Such forms of corruption can be dealt with through multiple combination therapy. Thus we can achieve the effect that any one is unwilling andunable to get corrupted and he or she does not dare to get corrupted.
