Abstract: According to the L university's current situation of graduate enrollment, this paper has systematically explained the universal problems facing the local universities' graduate enrollment. And it has analyzed in detail the main reasons influencing such enrollment. Accordingly, it has made some suggestions, such as the humanized national standards for the reexamination, transferring the power of recommending the graduates free of examination, increasing the overall strength, comprehensive propaganda, full play of their own advantages, making the preferential policies and improving the quality of graduates' employment, hoping to achieve the purpose of increasing the quality of postgraduates.
