    An Investigation Analysis About the Awarded Marks for College EntranceExaminationof Sichuan Province

    • 摘要: 为了解四川省高中生对“高考录取加分”政策改革的意见,采用问卷法和访谈法进行调研发现,由于缺乏明确的加分标准、加分对象和相应分值,缺乏有力的宣传和监管,有关政策受到质疑.为增强政策的合理性并保证其顺利实施,在政策制定上应广泛征求民意,明确加分标准与对象,规范加分分值,减少加分项目; 在政策实施上应细化有关法规,加大宣传与监管力度,完善监管体制.

       

      Abstract: In order to find out about people's opinions concerning the reform of the policy of the awarded marks in college entrance examination in Sichuan, by use of questionnaires and interviews, it is found that due to the lack of a straight-forward standard for marks award and for whom extra marks can be awarded and the exact marks for what merits and inadequate publicity efforts and monitoring, relevant policies have long been challenged. In order to increase the rationality of the policy and guarantee the smooth implementation of the policy, in the process of policy making, a wide range of public opinions have been gathered and the standards for marks award and whom can be awarded extra marks for what merits are clarified and standardized and items for mark award are reduced. Relevant stipulations in policy implementation are specified and publicity efforts are stepped up and the monitoring system is reinforced.
