高中生自尊与主观幸福感的关系 ——基于心理韧性的中介效应

摘要: 为了深入探讨自尊与主观幸福感的关系,以及心理韧性在其中的中介效应,使用自尊量表、心理韧性量表以及主观幸福感量表对640名高中生进行问卷调查,结果表明:(1)高中生的自尊、心理韧性正相关,且均与主观幸福感正相关;(2)高中生自尊不仅直接正向影响主观幸福感,而且还通过心理韧性间接影响主观幸福感的水平;(3)心理韧性在高中生自尊与主观幸福感之间起到部分中介作用.Abstract: In order to find out the relationship between self-esteem and Subjective well-being and the mediating effect of resilience, the Self-esteem Scale and the Subjective Well-being Scale were employed to conduct a questionnaire survey among 640 senior high school students. The results show that(1)the self-esteem is positively correlated to resilience, and both of the two are positively correlated to their subjective well-being;(2)the self-esteem of senior high school students not only exerts a direct influence on their subjective well-being, but also has an indirect effect on students' subjective well-being level through their resilience;(3)the resilience partially plays a mediating role between self-esteem and subjective well-being.
