Abstract: With the rapid urbanization, the construction of rural community has entered a new stage of exploration. The construction of new rural communities has become the latest development of urban-rural integration in recent years, and also the point of balancing urban and rural development, and the growing point of rural development. It is one of the important tasks of the Governments at all levels which has attracted wide concerns from the majority of scholars. Based on the needs of the times and the existing literatures, and in combination with the relevant practical experiences, the essay gives a review of the relevant existing problems, the train of thoughts concerning the construction of rural community and the basic modes in the hope of exploring about the weaknesses and future research directions of our study.
