    压裂液用硅油聚醚乳液型消泡剂的制备及性能评估

    Preparation and Performance Evaluation of EmulsionDefoamer Based on Silicone/ Polyether Used for Fracturing Fluids

    • 摘要: 以二甲基硅油和聚醚为主要原料,采用复合乳化体系对其进行乳化,制成压裂液用硅油聚醚乳液型消泡剂.讨论了不同组分含量对消泡剂性能的影响,结果表明:当硅油乳化剂含量为二甲基硅油的10%、SP-80(Span-80)与T-80(Tween-80)的比为8:2、乳化剂总量占硅油与聚醚总质量40%、硅油与聚醚比为4:6时,消泡剂性能最优.

       

      Abstract: With simethicone and polyether as the main materials, emulsion defoamer used for fracturing fluids was prepared by using emulsification of compound emulsion system. The effects of different components content on the properties of the defoamer were discussed. The results show that the performance of the defoamer is the best when silicone emulsifier content is 10% of simethicone, the ratio of SP-80 to T-80 is 8:2, the total amount of emulsifier is 40% of total mass of simethicone and polyether, the ratio of simethicone to polyether is 4:6.
