    甲壳素对铁皮石斛生长的影响

    The Effects of Chitin on the Growth of Dendrobiumofficinate Kimura et Migo

    • 摘要: 以铁皮石斛T4、W3、T2品种的二年生小苗为试材,研究了0.07%、0.10%、0.13%的甲壳素溶液、不同季节的甲壳素溶液处理对铁皮石斛生长的促进作用.结果显示:在3个浓度的甲壳素溶液处理中,0.10%浓度对T4品种铁皮石斛小苗生长的促进作用较强.不同季节0.10%甲壳素溶液对铁皮石斛生长的促进作用不同.在初夏3个品种的生长指标的增长值高低顺序均为T4>W3>T2,表明初夏外施甲壳素更有利于促进T4品种的生长; 在盛夏3个品种的生长指标的增长值高低顺序均为T2>W3>T4,表明盛夏外施甲壳素更有利于促进T2品种的生长; 除T4品种之外,盛夏外施甲壳素溶液的促进效果优于初夏.试验结果为探索铁皮石斛的高产优质栽培新途径提供技术数据.

       

      Abstract: The promotion of 0.07%, 0.10% and 0.13% chitin solution on growth of Dendrobium officinate Kimura et Migo, along with chitin solution on growth of Dendrobium officinate Kimura et Migo in different season were researched in these experiments, in which T4, W3, T2 biennial seedlings were used as test materials. The results showed that the optimistic promotion concentration of the three chitin solution on T4 variety was 0.10%. 0.10% chitin solution has different promotion in different seasons on the growth of Dendrobium officinate Kimura et Migo. The order of growth increment of three indicators in early summer was T4>W3>T2, which indicates the application of chitin in early summer was more effective to promote growth for T4 than that of other varieties. The order of growth increment of three indicators in high summer was T2>W3>T4, indicating that the application of chitin in high summer was more effective to promote growth for T2 than that of other varieties. In addition to the T4 variety, the effect of applying chitin solution in high summer was superior to the early summer. Base on the above experiments the technological data could be referred to as the basis for effective cultivationof Dendrobium officinate Kimura et Migo.
