Abstract: Based on the characteristics concerning the cultivation of the innovative computer network talents, a necessity analysis is made of the construction of network course groups. In combination with the practical experience in the construction and reform, a few computer network course group construction methods, based on innovative talents, are worked out and from four aspects concerning the building of the contingent of teachers, the curricular system reform, teaching material construction, and reform of examination means, the main content and main steps of the course groups construction are discussed, and through a contrastive analysis of the effects of the pre- and post-construction of course groups, the advantages and problems are also spotted.
