Abstract: Since the Bologna Conference in 1999, the Bologna process has gone through 15 years. Driven by this process, the construction of the European Higher Education Zone has made great progress. This successful experience has attracted attention of scholars either in China or in other countries, hence a lot of research fruits have emerged, The research of the process includes the Zone's construction background, development, relevant policies, implementation and the reform practice of the countries involved. It is of great significance to sort out, generalize and analyze the relevant research fruits for promoting the modernization and internationalization of our higher education, probing its regionalized development with Chinese characteristics, and quicken its connotative development.
