Abstract: While the globalization has brought welfare to all humans, the public issues worldwide have become increasingly striking. This has led to the appearance of the global recovery which is the supreme form of the globalization of public management.. And the internationalization of the administrative laws is the response to the global recovery. At present, such internationalizations is not only in the form of theoretical research, but in some traces of practice. Along these traces and comparing to the concepts of the traditional administrative laws, we may probably find some different perspectives for our research.
