Abstract: There is the comprehensive cultural view in China in which literature, history and philosophy are integrated in one. When examining LI Bai's creation of poems from this perspective, we can find that he was an innovator who advocated the return to the ancient style and the fresh and natural beauty with the unique comparison. His thinking tended to be macro-historical. On one hand, he absorbed nutrition from history; on the other hand, he subjectified history. His poetic philosophical thinking endowed him with the profound philosophical awareness of life.
