Abstract: In recent years, the university students' mass disturbances on network have been the social focus. And the micro-ideological and political education has been playing an important role in the prevention of them. It can approach to students and their heartful wishes, help to strengthen communication and hence get rid of the potential trouble. In addition, it can help to guide the public opinion, collect information and give early warning, and develop the strong points and avoid the weak ones.
