Abstract: In the requisition of collective land in country, we can frequently find corruption cases like bribery. This paper takes the compensation of collective land requisitioned in a city in Sichuan, and has analyzed the features and causes of various kinds of corruption cases in such field. In addition, it also has proposed some mechanism against such corruptions, such as the perfection of laws, rules and policies, standardization of compensation, making strict management system of compensation funds, and the establishment of effective supervision mechanism.
