Abstract: With the rapid development of computer technology and information technology, the level of IT application has become an important indicator of School running ability for colleges and universities. In view of this, on the basis of an analysis of the information construction status and existing problems observed in the newly built local universities, corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, for instance, still stronger emphasis from the school management, a careful prophase investigation, the construction of a campus wide data share and exchange platform with a highly integrated sub systems, and the stepping up of IT talents cultivation, etc., are put forward to solute such problems, which might also be helpful for other institutions.
