    Early Warning Research of the Real Estate Bubble in the City of Yibin

    • 摘要: 宜宾作为川南城市群重要城市之一,为此以该市为研究对象,采用指标指示法对其房地产市场泡沫进行初步判定,通过功效系数法进行房地产泡沫预警研究,得出如下结论:宜宾市房地产市场总体上运行较为平稳,2001~2010年10年间宜宾市房地产市场综合预警系数有6年落在安全范围内,仅有2001年、2002年、2006年、2010年等4年出现泡沫危险,房地产市场运行正常的概率为60%.

       

      Abstract: Yibin, one important city of south Sichuan conurbation, is taken as the research subject in an attempt to do an early warning research of its real estate bubble by adoption of the indicator method and efficiency coefficient method, which finds that the overall real estate market operation runs rather smoothly (of the ten years from 2001 to 2010, six years saw the comprehensive market vigilance parameter stay in the range safety, with the exception of merely four years of 2001, 2002, 2006 and 2010, marking a normal market operation rate of 60%.
