Abstract: The guidance of professional careers plays an important role in the ideological education of university students. It is based on the human’s overall, harmonious and sustainable development. And it stresses the life-long study and self education and is aimed at the driving the youths’ growth and the transformation from absorbers of knowledge to creators of wealth. Accordingly, we should conduct such guidance of professional careers around the ideological education of university students, stimulate their professional consciousness, and direct their future employments through the improvement of their professional abilities and innovation of pioneering education and the study of social capitals. Meanwhile, we should innovate the forms of professional directions through the construction of courses, improvement of students’ caliber on campus and their practice off campus, and the comprehensive employment of network.
