Abstract: As a new product of the time and network development, the micro-blog has drawn attention from people of various fields due to its fast transmission, powerful interaction and gigantic influence. It not only has created the free space of expression for people but opened a door to the violation of others’ human rights. Now we are living in an era in which network is popular and rights are highly valued. So it is inherently necessary to protect citizens’ human rights on net. And once if the right protection enters the field of network, the development of human rights will be brought into a new phase.
