    A Probe into Human-oriented Conception in the Students’ Management of Universities

    • 摘要: 经过多年的实践和发展,以人为本己经成为高校学生管理工作的原则和指导思想,但也还存在理念空泛、制度体系滞后、技术手段运用不足等问题。在具体工作中,我们需深入挖掘以人为本内涵,明确以人为本理念实践要素的“人”和“物”所包含的理念、态度、制度、环境和技术等要素指向,从而实现以人为本理念在高校学生管理工作上的全面贯彻。

       

      Abstract: After years of practice and development, the human-oriented conception has become the principle and guidance for the students’ management of universities. Nevertheless, there still exist problems like the vagueness and generality of the conception, lag behind of the system, and inefficiency of technical means. In practice, we should take man as orientation and dig out the elements as conception, attitude, system, environment and techniques included in the practical subjects “human” and “materials”, hence achieve the purpose of implementation of human-oriented conception in the students’ management of universities.
