Abstract: The personal records of China are characterized with dynamism, carrier and composite volumes. And the arrangement of personal records with piece as unit is in accordance with the features of personal records at universities, the reform in the personnel system and the social progress. It is of extensive value and positive significance in the arrangement of universities’ personal records.
