    An Analysis of Connotation of the Teachers’ Specialization in Rural Areas and Its Fundamental Measures

    • 摘要: 农村学校教育质量和水平的高低,很大程度由农村教师素质与专业化程度决定。而继续教育是使广大农村教师不断提高教育教学素养和能力,提升教师专业水平最重要的途径之一。根据实践和发展需要,应重新构建农村教师培训的内容体系,发展新型的农村教师继续教育模式。

       

      Abstract: he quality of school education in rural areas largely depends on the teachers’ caliber and their specialization. And the further education is one of important means of improving teachers’ caliber, abilities and their specialization. In accordance with the need for practice and development, we should reconstruct the content of training of these teachers and probe into the new mode of further education for them.
