Abstract: The ideological and political work of universities in the new period is a systematic project. We have to be fully aware of its importance, set up effective working mechanisms, and stress the essentials. In addition, we have to attach importance to the staff and front construction and focus on innovation. Further, we should motivate people’s enthusiasm in their work. Only in this way can we make some achievements.
