双定数混合截尾下Burr XII分布失效率和可靠度的贝叶斯估计

摘要: 在双定数混合截尾试验下,当形状参数的先验分布为Gamma分布和Jeffreys先验分布时,根据平方损失和熵损失函数,得到Burr XII分布失效率和可靠度的Bayes估计.对双定数混合截尾试验和定数截尾试验下失效率和可靠度的估计值进行比较,结果表明,在双定数混合截尾试验下,形状参数的先验分布取Gamma分布时,得到的Bayes估计更优且误差更小.Abstract: Bayes estimates for Burr XII distribution failure efficiency and reliability are obtained based on square loss and entropy loss functions for double type-II hybrid censoring tests with Gamma and Jeffreys prior distributions of shape parameters. By comparing the estimates of failure rate and reliability under double type-II hybrid censoring test and type-II censoring test. The results show that under double type-II hybrid censoring test, when the prior distribution of shape parameters is Gamma distribution, the Bayesian estimation is better and the error is smaller.
