    Classification and spatial distribution of the Tianfu Renowned Catering Businesses and their synergy with regional tourism

    • 摘要: 四川省天府名菜体验店是美食经济与旅游产业协同发展的重要资源基础.以445家天府名菜体验店作为研究对象,综合运用科学计量和空间分析等方法,开展类型学、空间分布,特别是与区域旅游经济的空间相关性研究.结果表明:研究对象含烧炒体验店、腌卤体验店等十种类型,尤以烧炒体验店和小吃体验店数量最多.整体呈NE-SW向展布和聚集分布,但民族风味体验店为NW-SE走向且呈离散型分布.空间分布呈"东密西疏"的反对称分布,对称轴与全国胡焕庸线四川段近平行.以成都核心聚集地和绵阳、乐山等次级聚集地,形成了绵阳-成都-雅安和巴中-宜宾2条聚集带,即"一核两带多点"格局.天府名菜体验店数量和区域旅游经济相关性显著,形成了对区域旅游经济的正向辐射效应.通过动态调整天府名菜体验店遴选名单、推出美食旅游跨区域线路产品等策略,有望助推四川省地域特色美食与区域旅游经济协同发展.

       

      Abstract: This study employs ArcGIS to look at issues of classification, spatial distribution of the Tianfu renowned catering businesses and their synergy with regional tourism by focusing on the 445 cases in Sichuan. From the perspective of typology, the results show that the famous catering businesses were divided into 10 groups. The standard deviation ellipse extending from northeast to southeast implied that the catering businesses were clustered along the Longmen Shan mountain range. The Average Nearest Neighbor Analysis further revealed the spatial heterogeneity of catering businesses in Sichuan. More importantly was that the ant-symmetric axis extended from the east to west, which was nearly parallel to the section of Hu Huangyong Line in Sichuan. Additionally, the Kernel Density Map suggested that the dense center was located in Chengdu, with Leshan and Mianyang as secondary centers. The study identified two clustering belts. Thus, the belt one - Mianyang, Chengdu, and Yaan; the belt two-Bazhong and Yibin. The Ordinary Least Squires Analysis indicated that there was a synergy between the clustering of catering businesses and tourism economic development. It is suggested to make adjustment to the list of the Tianfu Renowned Cuisines and promote gourmet routes so as to achieve coordinated development of gastronomy tourism.
