Abstract:
Using
Impatiens wallerana Hook.f. flowering stage seedlings as test materials, the effects of different concentrations of exogenous arginine (Spd) on its chlorophyll content and fluorescence characteristics were studied under 100mmol/L NaCl stress. The results showed that exogenous Spd (0.6mmol/L) could significantly increase the photosynthetic pigment content of
Impatiens wallerana Hook.f. leaves under NaCl stress, and the photosynthetic fluorescence parameters
Fv/
Fm,
ETR,
Y,
qP increased, while
Fo decreased. Therefore, Spd can effectively alleviate the damage of NaCl stress to
Impatiens wallerana Hook.f.
