    行为主义心理学视域下少先队仪式教育的路径优化

    The Path Optimization of Young Pioneers’ Ritual Education in the Perspective of Behaviorist Psychology

    • 摘要: 少先队仪式教育与行为主义心理学理论模型较为契合.基于行为主义心理学理论审视当前少先队仪式教育中出现的认知教育的缺失及内容空乏, 从而致使仪式行为脱节、情感体验的弱化及从属地位造成行为参与障碍、行为功利的倾向及形式主义制约仪式功能发挥的现象.建议整合行为主义心理学主要观点, 构建少先队仪式教育的路径. (1) 以物化人:行为符号仪式刺激; (2) 以人化人:主体价值能量回归; (3) 以课化人:强化仪式行为规约.

       

      Abstract: The Young Pioneers’ ritual education fits in well with the behaviorist psychology theory model.Based on the theory of behaviorist psychology, the current ritual education of young pioneers was put under examination for its lack of cognitive education and its boring content, resulting in the disconnection of ritual behavior and the weakening of the emotional experience and the behavior participation disorder, the tendency of behavior utilitarianism and the dysfunction of ritual functions due to the subordinate position the restraint of formalism.It is suggested that the principal concepts of behaviorist psychology be integrated to construct paths for ritual education of the young pioneers: (1) to educate through the deifying of the ritualized behaviors:to stimulate behavior change with ritual symbols; (2) to educate through role models:to promote the return of subjective value energy; (3) to educate through lectures:to strengthen the discipline of ritual behavior
