    建筑信息模型在绿色建筑中的应用探索

    Onthe Application of BIM(BuildingInformation Modeling) in Green Building

    • 摘要: 随着信息科技的不断发展,环境问题的日益突出,建筑信息模型( BIM)及绿色建筑得以提出并得到了广泛关注及推广.为此,通过对 BIM及绿色建筑的简单介绍,分析了 BIM和绿色建筑的发展契合点,认为绿色建筑为该模型提供了更广阔的舞台,反之也为绿色建筑提供了更为科学合理的技术支持,进一步从节能环保等六个方面探讨了 BIM的应用如何更有利于绿色建筑的发展.

       

      Abstract: With the incessant development of information technology, the environmental problems are looming large.BIM and greenbuildings are gain ingpeople’s attention and find wide application in ourlife. A brief introduction is given of
      BIM and green buildings and adiscussion is done to spo tthe fitting point for the development of BIM and green buildings. It is believed that green buildings provideBIM with aneven greate rplatformforits developmen and inturn BIM offers green buildings a better and more scientific technical support. Furthermore, from six perspectives of energy conservation and environmental protection, investigation is made about how to prompt the development of green buildings with the better use of BIM.
