    On Construction of the Three-dimensional Space in The OnlyLove Letter of When Beijing Comes across Seattle

    • 摘要: 在电影《北京遇上西雅图之不二情书》中,导演薛晓路将空间在叙事中提到了非常重要的地位。以澳门、美国、英国三个空间来构架故事,对应形成了三重叙事空间。这三重叙事空间,其各自独立而又相互牵连。《北京遇上西雅图之不二情书》中空间叙事因素的使用,揭示薛晓璐导演在本片中出色故事构架能力和叙事技巧。

       

      Abstract: In the movie The Only Love Letter of When Beijing Comes across Seattle, the director XUE Xiao-lu has placed space in an important position in narration. She has constructed the story with Macao, America and Britain as the three dimensions. The corresponding three-dimensional space of narration has formed. The three narrative dimensional spaces are independent, but interconnected. The movie's employment of spatial narrative factors has revealed the director Xue Xiao-lu's oustanding story construction ability and narrative technique.
